Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
If you are shopping from overseas, please contact us via email or telephone so that we can quote for shipping to your destination. Payment will be required either via PayPal or by bank transfer.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship, unless you choose to purchase via PayPal. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may place your order by telephone during our normal hours of business.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake for you.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable
Shipping And Handling For the UK orders are despatched via either UK Mail, Royal Mail First or Second Class Recorded Delivery or FedEx 48/72. If you have requested a Next Day service, despatch will be made via UK Mail, Royal Mail Special Delivery or FedEx 24.
If you live outside of the UK please contact us directly, and we will give you a specific quote for your location and item(s) you intend to purchase.
Delivery Schedule Delivery is free of charge for any UK mainland order over the value of £100.00 otherwise it is £4.50. This includes delivery to Highlands and Islands on items that can be despatched in a small package. Larger items may incur an additional cost to outer regions. Please contact us for details. We try to despatch your order the same day if it is received by 2.00pm. It is often possible to process orders received after 2.00pm but this cannot always be guaranteed. Delivery is usually made within 2 - 3 days but often arrives the next working day. A Next Day service is an option available at £10.00.
Overseas orders are generally received within 2 - 8 days. Shipping cost will be advised prior to despatch and the order will only be processed once the total cost has been confirmed and agreed.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
